This template is what I like to call a medium colored fixed width portal. The whole color scheme of this design is dictated by the main header, module headers, and an accent color. This template has an auto-contracting ‘newsflash’ area, as well as an auto-contracting ‘right’ column that allows it to accomodate width hungry components such as galleries and forums.
